Welcome to Man Fully Alive, Unincorporated. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Stripe payment account for transactions on our platform. By using our payment services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our payment services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Man Fully Alive, Unincorporated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our payment services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content; and (f) any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Man Fully Alive, Unincorporated, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of our payment services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Maine, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our payment services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Man Fully Alive, Unincorporated is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) faith-based organization. Our mission is to advance Christ’s Kingdom on earth by awakening men to their baptismal calling to respond to the Gospel and establish the Kingdom of God in their hearts, families, and community. We believe that this mission is best fulfilled by helping men become ‘men fully alive,’ utilizing their God-given gifts to the fullest and becoming leaders in their respective areas, thereby transforming the world through their example.
This mission is accomplished through educational services, personal and professional development, coaching, online courses, podcasts, online content production, and any other method that will help advance the education and development for said goal.
Man Fully Alive, Unincorporated operates exclusively for religious, educational, and charitable purposes as a tax-exempt organization under 26 U.S.C.A. § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are not empowered to engage in any activity that is not in furtherance of our purposes as set forth in our Articles of Association.
